Green Dollhouse With Furniture

I bought this for my 2 yo for Christmas. When i went to build it prior to the big day one the roof piece with the slats was broken. a little concerning as overall the quality was not great (warped wood, flimsy screw-holes etc). i reached out to the company who requested photos, bath numbers, order numbers etc (about 30-40 mins of work on my part) and sent me a new one within a week or so. that one was broken in the same place. i emailed again requesting a new one, we are now dec 22nd, again sent photos. third one was rushed to me. it was also broken. at this point i gave up, either the company wasnt organized enough to have any kind of QA for a major product or they were messing with me. at no point was aprtial refund or anything of that nature offered for th enow hours of time spent trying to help them fix this issue. either way i will not buy from this company again, nor will i recomend it to anyone.

We were so thrilled to order this dollhouse. However it was not made as well as I would have hoped. A few of the pieces took a lot of effort to put together and it does not feel like it will last a lifetime like I expect a wood doll house to. We were able to make most of it work with some creativity but the wind turbine still just wobbles and falls out constantly. Recommend for the concepts but not the quality. Also feels like they could be a bit more space. The furniture seems well made however.

We did a lot of research and landed on this because we loved the design (seemed like a lot of fun interactions) and assumed it would be of high quality. Unfortunately, nothing fit quite right, the screws were incredibly hard to put in (would strip immediately), a piece of furniture arrived broken, and everything is just a bit wobbly. It took us an hour and a half to assemble.

While it is a beautiful piece, the furniture is so fun, and I'm sure my three year old will love it — for the price, I just expected it to be in better quality.
