Dad Dollhouse Figure - Dark Skin Tone

I've been buying nothing but Plan dollhouses for 30+ years. They tend to get donated to nursery schools when the school my child/ grandchild is in doesn't have one. LOL. So every few years I need a whole new one with all the furniture, dolls, etc. Bought new sets of families including this one. Obviously I've always been happy with the Plan dollhouses, furniture, dolls, etc. But now it seems that the clothing is haphazard. This Dad as in pic above has 2 different length sleeves. Trivial perhaps. But the one I got has 2 short sleeves one so short that half his arm is obviously tan rope and half black wood. So 3 limbs are black and one is....
